As a Senior Director, you’ll drive account strategy, mentor teams, shape narratives that hit business goals, and uphold a high bar for quality across everything we ship.

Oversee a portfolio of B2B tech clients, guiding overall PR direction and ensuring programs deliver real business impact
Craft differentiated narratives that break through across business, tech, and trade media
Cultivate trusted relationships with reporters and editors; help the team build meaningful media networks
Partner with our editorial team to shape bylines, op-eds, and thought leadership content that reads like journalism — not fluff
Prep founders and C-suite leaders for media, events, and panels; manage message alignment and performance
Identify key opportunities and oversee high-impact submissions that strengthen client credibility
Monitor coverage, extract insights, and connect PR wins to tangible business outcomes
Guide PR Managers, AEs, and Coordinators; provide feedback that sharpens craft and confidence
Lead QBRs, manage escalations, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure long-term client trust
Contribute to new business proposals, strategy sessions, and thought leadership for The Colab brand
