Overview

We’re hiring a Social Media Manager to shape and scale how our brand shows up online. This is not a “post and schedule” role. You’ll operate at the intersection of narrative, distribution, and reputation, translating ideas into content that actually travels. You’ll work closely with leadership and clients to turn perspective into presence, and presence into momentum.

What You’ll Do

Own Social Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute a cohesive social strategy across multiple voices and brands
  • Comment, send DMs, and interact on LinkedIn across multiple voices and brands
  • Build and manage content calendars that balance consistency with timely, reactive opportunities
  • Translate business priorities into content that resonates externally

Turn Ideas into High-Performing Content

  • Draft, edit, and publish content in distinct voices—ranging from executive thought leadership to brand storytelling
  • Create posts that feel human, differentiated, and platform-native (not templated or “AI beige”)
  • Identify hooks, angles, and formats that drive reach and engagement

Operate Close to Leadership

  • Partner directly with founders and senior stakeholders to capture ideas and turn them into compelling content
  • Distill conversations, insights, and POVs into clear, concise narratives
  • Ensure content reflects both individual voice and broader brand positioning

Drive Audience Growth & Engagement

  • Manage day-to-day engagement, including comments and conversations
  • Build strategies to grow high-quality, relevant audiences
  • Stay on top of platform trends and adapt quickly

Measure, Learn, and Optimize

  • Track performance and extract insights across accounts and content types
  • Continuously refine approach based on what’s resonating
  • Test new formats, posting strategies, and narrative angles

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–6+ years in social media, content, or digital marketing
  • Deep understanding of how content performs on LinkedIn specifically
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice
  • Strong instincts for what makes content engaging, credible, and shareable
  • Comfortable working across multiple priorities and fast-moving timelines
  • Ability to collaborate directly with senior stakeholders and translate ideas into content
  • Data-aware: you use performance to inform decisions, not just report on it

Bonus Points

  • Experience supporting executive or founder-led content
  • Background in PR, journalism, or narrative-driven marketing
  • Experience working in a client services environment
